i went clubbing again with danny, james, justin, and his other friends along with with greg and his gf and brian this time. went to suite 181.....also i wanted to go for steve's bday and a lot of the sLo lambdas came up for his bday too...it was like a mini reunion, and really cool to finally see some friends from slo this summer. the club was so packed with asians. i met lucy's cousin who's name i think is tina...i forgot already....and she is almost like me.......used to the ahemm white crowd....but i did get used to it this year....still well-rounded though! anyways, had some fun dances with most of the slo lmabdas--daniel, steve( bday boy!), vinnie, hy, doug, and others...didn't have quite as many drinks as on friday, but i still had way more fun! its almost addicting! well, time to recovery and sleep in a little.........

i still have about a month left until school starts.......well, i finally got to go clubbing in the city.......went to CRASH with danny, james, and a couple of his friends. it was fun, but so many asians! i forgot what that was like for a minute. it felt like a lambda convention thing. i also ran into so many people i went to middle school and high school with. i even ran into mel, julia, jen, and vanessa........was i surprised! well, it was definitely a lot of fun. i haven't gotten out all summer, and despite the drinks that danny and james kept buying me like the LC (liquid cocaine, which took me away), red bull with vodka, socal with lime, surfer on acid!, and gin and tonic it was enough to get me ummm dancing! danced with justin mostly and ran into a slo lambda, doug. so of course i have to dance with my slo bro....sorta.....random too, i ran into someone who remembered that we had english together at ccsf...wow now i remember.......anyways, i had a lot of fun and it was good just to go back and dance............

school is almost over........wow a year at sLo has gone by so fast! this quarter was just busybusy...but fun stuff too like the lambda installs, and lambda convention!!!!!! a much needed break from school and studying, nil and lisa and i went to LA for the memorial day weekend. the lambda convention was CRAZY FUn......so many asians......after awhile it is too hard to scope out everyone.........i had a blast at the club parties, especially at miyagi where nil and lisa tried to make me a player! my bet was to dance with 5 guys......i can't just ask random lambdas to dance! but, by the end.....i danced with 7!!!!!! i showed them! awww, i ran into my ivanne and annie at the clubs!!!! anyways, that was fun, and the banquet was crazy too. nil's 21st bday at the banquet meant going to the bar too many times.......oh man party party the whole week. i'm still trying to catch up on sleep............good thing it is dead week.......i'm coming home!

such a tiring week of tests...............well i guess that balances out with the fun easter weekend........the lil sis event was not so hot, but fun kind of. we got to draw/ face paint on each other's faces...well our big bro's...anyways, lock-in was fun too. we got to hunt for easter eggs at a park nearby ryan's house to earn candies and points.........ryan's place is nice! fun partying with the lil sis's and bros.....we were supposed to spend the night at his place, but by 3-4 ish in the morning we were allowed to leave. i was fine, but tired and feeling like i should have thought something through......i felt kinda stupid.......anyways, nil, yvonne, elvin, and steve, and me went back to steve's place to crash at his nice and big house! we attempted to watch a movie, but konked out......not a lot of sleep this past weekend.........saturday i studied like crazy for my exam in genetics and tests for food processing and nutrition and aging. at least i was being studious all day even until midnight when finally i took a break to go watch a movie......the hostel.....weird movie! i don't get it.....that was my easter weekend...........and now with all the tests over with and one more quiz to go followed by papers and lots of things on my little mind....i'm pooped! and i am sick........at least it was hot today and i got to tan!

spring quarter is so packed compared to last quarter! so here is my packed schedule.. tues and thurs are horrible! 2-8 with one break from 5-6... where i have my nutrition in aging class, human genetics, and witch hunt in europe..mon, i have fsn 230 then 3 hours of lab afterwards and then human genetic, which is everyday except for fridays. well, fsn 230, which is elements of food processing is pretty awesome. we learn about the way foods are processed and preserved. in lab we get to go to the pilot plant and learn how foods get produced. we're gonna make the cal poly jam!!! i can't wait! then we get to dehydrate apples to see the water composition of the fruit...fsn 315, my nutrition in aging class is ok, but so far we are just learning about statistics, and i have to volunteer at the judsen terrace retirement home where i help serve meals to the elderly....kind of fun so far.
the first week of school was pretty fun though....we had a holiday on friday,and what better way to start off the first week of school with a party! hehe jk, well, since vinny's bday was coming up, he had a party, which was crazy with 2 places, since him and his friends live in an apt complex...that was fun.....the next day, i went hot tubbing with nil, clint, emilio, ramone, and a couple of others...then we made kahlua banana smoothies.....yum! at clint's place. then, nil and i got our cartilages pierced...ouch...then i went to just sushi for vinny's bday thing....he reserved the whole bar.....yum sashimi!!! and cherry/sake bombs.fun first week of school.
this weekend was pretty chill......friday was such a relaxing chill day...although i have to wake up for just one class at 8 am, but at least its the food processing class. then, i volunteered at the judsen home. that was my first time, and i felt a little awkward in an old-folks place... so many elderlies......i met one lady who was almost 100, and a lot of them are a little out of this world, but they have that old-folgy cuteness, i guess.one lady thought i was japanese and started speaking to me in japanese! omg, she thought i was a foreigner! that happens to me occasionally. it makes me feel like i have just encountered racism or something, well she has an excuse..........she is OLD and lost her mind i suppose...anyways, that was interesting. then i called my great aunt in LA to interview her about her health and nutrition as she started to age...it was so nice to talk to her! she told me she was proud of me for calling her and asking her about her health....awww, i love her so much. then peter came over to chill with me and watch some tv and help me clean up computer...
saturday at the last minute, nil and i went down to sb with some of the sLo lambdas. i've never been down there before..wow people there are so much more like crazy and wild. so, we got there at around 11ish. the house is kinda sticky/dirty, but what can u expect from a party house! i ran into chris chia from back home and lowell.....no matter where u go, u are bound to run into a lowellite........the dancedance party was fun, interesting night. we got back at around 5:30 in the morning...i was so tired that i didn't even know i passed out in the car......now i have to catch up on my zZZzzz's! yay easter is almost here and lent is almost over..........i am gonna eat a peanut butter sandwich with raisins when its over!!!!!!!

spring break is already over............well i had one last great night before heading back to school. thanks to all my friends and friends from work who threw me a surprise party for my bday on sat. i knew i was getting together with a few of my friends and some from work, but i was surprised by who was there! first of all i didn't know what was going on for sat. and all kay told me was a time..5-6 on saturday........... ok...... so ray picked me up and drove me to his house and then i saw dion as he was going in too. but then the door was closed on me! so i kinda had a hint of what was going on.......but i was surprised in a sense by who was there......all my ucsf work friends and then our original crew-kay, ray, xin, hiram- and i was so SURPRISED to see ivanne!! my right hand! good food too!!! and avery bought drinks afterwards....i felt a little weird taking shots with all of them since i am so used to my friends down here in cP......but still it was fun watching avery bar tend..........and the CAKE....thanks to kay and john for the beautiful chocolate cake with flowers.....here mitra i won't cut through any of the flowers....u can have them all.............it was definitely the best bday party i ever had...thanks to kay, hiram and the puka shells!, ray, xin, mitra, ivanne, avery, big jay, eric, dion, nancy, jenna, and john..........for a great surprise..........awww i have to be 22 now............
